Can I change my payment method?

Yes, it is possible to change your payment method at any time in the Customer Area by accessing the option ‘Subscriptions / Payment Manager’.

Note

In Brazil, if a boleto has already been issued for the current invoice and you change the payment method to credit card, you will need to wait for the due date and the expiration of that boleto. As soon as the boleto expires, the charge will be made automatically to the registered credit card, provided it is set as the default payment method. It is not possible to manually advance the payment of the open invoice on the card while the boleto is pending.
