Integration with WhatsApp

Currently, Monsta does not have a direct integration for sending and receiving messages through WhatsApp.

However, we are working so that, in the near future, Monsta can natively communicate with the main Official Partner platforms (BSPs) that integrate the Meta WhatsApp Business API. This development will serve other platforms such as Slack and Discord.

Our integration approach aims to provide a robust, scalable solution in compliance with Meta’s rules.

Monsta will be adapted to connect to third-party solution providers (BSPs) certified by Meta. This ensures that WhatsApp communication within Monsta will use a secure, stable and official platform, minimizing blocking risks and ensuring message delivery.

📝 What is a BSP? A Business Solution Provider (BSP) is an official Meta partner company authorized to provide access to and manage the infrastructure of the WhatsApp Business API.
